Return & Refund Policy

At Vasasa, every piece is handcrafted with care. We hope you love your purchase, but if there’s an issue, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:

* You receive a damaged product.
* You receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return:

* The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
* The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

* Change of mind.
* Minor colour or print variations due to hand block printing.
* Products damaged due to improper use or washing.
* Sale, clearance, or customized products (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Return Process

If you wish to return an eligible product, please follow these steps:

1. Raise a Return Request: Contact us +91 9818711301 or email vasasaindia.in@gmail.com on within 7 days of receiving your order. Share your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photographs of the product. For damaged items, please also share the mandatory unboxing video.
2. Request Review: Our team will review your request and verify the details. If your return is approved, we will provide further instructions.
3. Product Pickup/Shipping: Depending on your location, we will either arrange a pickup through our courier partner or ask you to ship the product to our return address. If self-shipping is required due to service limitations, reasonable courier charges will be reimbursed for approved returns.
4. Packaging: The product must be securely packed in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices (if applicable). The product should be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to reflect in your account. For quick refund we can also use UPI method.
