Refund policy

We want you to love every Vasasa purchase. Since our products are thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully packed, we request customers to review all product details before placing an order.

 

Return Eligibility

Returns or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • All tags and labels should remain intact

 

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we request you to record an unboxing video while opening the parcel and share it with our support team along with clear images within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests without proper proof may not be eligible for claims or replacements.

 

Refund Timeline

Once the returned product is received and approved after quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased during sale periods, customised orders, or specially discounted items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. For any assistance, please contact our customer support team.
